Gruel can be grueling, (I'm sure it's not original, but oh so true) . . .
It all starts out so civil, each kiddie pool is set up with fresh water and a plate of gruel. Two by two we add the little munchkins with everybody eating properly. "No paws" in the food, we are teaching them. But pretty soon there is gruel everywhere. Just about the time we are all done with the clean up, we start all over again for the next meal! |
